Everything you need to know before your first booking
How does home sample collection work?
Pick your tests or a package, choose a date and a 30-minute time slot, and enter your address. Our phlebotomist visits at the time you chose and collects the sample at your door.
How do I pay?
You pay in cash to the phlebotomist after your sample is collected. There is nothing to pay online while booking, and you can print a receipt from your booking page.
Do I need to fast before my test?
Some tests need 8 to 12 hours of fasting. We show a fasting reminder while you book and in your confirmation email, so you know before the visit. Early morning slots work best.
When will I get my report?
Turnaround depends on the test and the lab. Each lab shows its expected turnaround time when you choose it, and we email you as soon as your report is ready. You can also download it from your dashboard.
Can I change or cancel my booking?
Yes. Until your booking is confirmed you can reschedule it to another date and time slot, or cancel it, from the booking page in your dashboard.
Do you collect samples in my area?
Enter your pincode while booking and we will tell you right away if home collection is available there. If it is not yet, please contact us and we will try to help.
